We offer Preventative Maintenance at a low cost. We recommend that the Preventative Maintenance be performed on your unit(s) bi-annually. We can even set you up on a maintenance schedule for every 6 months to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible throughout the year.

+INSPECT ELECTRIC HEATER & COMPONENTS

+CHECK DELTA T- INDOOR TEMP SPLIT

+INSPECT ACCESSIBLE DUCT WORK

+SANITIZE EVAPORATOR COIL AND CLEAN WIRES IN AIR HANDLER

+MEASURE OUTDOOR DRY BULB TEMP

+CHECK STARTING CHARACTERISTICS/NOISE OF COMPRESSOR

+CHECK AMP DRAW ON COMPRESSOR, FAN & BLOWER MOTORS

+CHECK START/RUN CAPACITORS

+CHECK REFRIGERANT PRESSURES

+CHECK SUB-COOLING AND SUPER-HEAT

+CHECK CONTACTS FOR PITTING AND WEAR

+INSPECT REFRIGERANT LINES AND JOINTS FOR OIL DEPOSITS & POSSIBLE LEAKS

+INSPECT REFRIGERANT LINE INSULATION FOR DETERIORATION/DAMAGE

+CHECK ALL SAFETY SWITCHES

+INSPECT INDOOR CONDENSING COIL

*NOT CONDUCTING ANNUAL MAINTENANCE COULD VOID YOUR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
